Shipping
As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
Le Monsieur will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.
*During collection launches, Black Friday Week, Sale Seasons and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Le Monsieur by email to info@lemonsieurmaison.com. We will proceed to refund the amount of the order including shipping costs as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse on the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.

Shipments to the UK may be delayed slightly longer than normal due to the situation with respect to the European Union. Customs formalities may delay deliveries and, in some cases, may result in additional charges to the customer that must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. FedEx will notify the customer and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. The addressee shall bear the costs of customs clearance and the payment of any taxes due in accordance with the customs regulations in force in the country of destination, and it is for this reason that the charges arising from the import are not the responsibility of Le Monsieur, but it is the customer who must pay the customs duties.
In case the customer refuses to pay such charges, the shipment will be considered as rejected by the customer and therefore will be sent back to our warehouse, refunding the amount of the purchased garments minus the charges derived from the rejection of the goods.

Returns are available within 14 days of your online order delivery date.

All items purchased as a gift are gift-wrapped on a complimentary basis and include a personalised note that you specify when confirming your purchase.
Gifts are shipped in branded boxes and no price is included in the delivery documentation.
